Tuition 

 

Our Tuition is based on a yearly season cost, September-May. For Client convenience we split this yearly cost into 9 equal payments due on the first of the month.

Discounts

We offer a 10% discount when the entire season is paid in full by September 30th

                                    

We offer a 5% discount when the season is paid for in two installments First half due by September 30thSecond half due by January 15th

 

Sibling Discount

$10.00 off monthly tuition after for first Dancers tuition 

Example first child would pay $60.00 per month, Second Child Would Pay $50.00 per month, Third Child would pay $50.00 per month

Fees

We have a one-time Costume Fee per registered class. Must be paid for in full by November 15

  • Costume Fee is $95.00 per class
  • Mini Classes Costume Fee is $85.00 per class

 

Registration Fee- We will Charge a $20.00 Registration fee when you enroll for classes for the Season. This is a one-time fee.

 

Late fee: We will Charge a$20.00 fee 10 days after the due date. This is a one-time fee. Tuition late fees will be added to only one student per family.

 

Insufficient Funds Fee: We will Charge a $25.00 fee for any payments made with Insufficient Funds. This is a one-time fee.

 

Cancellation Fee: We will Charge a $25.00 fee for cancelation of classes once the season begins.

 

 

Additional Cost

Proper dance attire is required, and you will need to purchase the attire required for the style of dance class your dancer registers for. (See Dress Code)

 

Tickets will be available to be purchased to watch our performances at the venues. Ticket Sales go toward the cost of the Venue. (See Season At a Glance Info Sheet)

 

 

Cancellation Policy/Dropping Class Policy: 

You will be charged and will be responsible for your tuition until we have received written notice of your intent to stop class. Notice must be received before the first of the month to not be charged and be responsible for the following month, and there is a $25.00 Cancellation/drop class fee.

We are a Season based education business and can only have so many students in a class if you cancel/drop your class you have taken a spot in the class that another student could have had for the season, and we are not guaranteed of being able to fill the spot after the season has begun. Dance is a team activity, and it requires everyone working together to execute the performances and choreography. Cancelation/dropping a class effect the rest of the group and extra work must be done to adjust for the changes that must be organized for the performances and choreography.

 

Refund Policy

 

Full Year tuition refund Policy: There is a 50% refund when tuition is paid in full for the year if requested before the 1st of December.

 

There is a 25% refund when tuition is paid in two installment payments for the year if requested before the 1st of October for the first installment or the 1st of February for the second installment.

 

There is no refund for tuition that is paid monthly. 

 

There are no Costume Fee Refunds

 

Dress Code

 

Why Do We Need the Dress Code?

Because proper dance technique and skills are our main focus, we ask that all dancers follow dress code.
There are many reasons for our dress code
Movement quality- dancers can move freely and comfortably when dressed in proper dance clothes
Teachers need to see dancers. Not bright colors, wild hair, baggy clothes and incorrect shoes.
Helps teach students responsibility, discipline and respect.
Sets the mood for a productive class. Dress the part be the part.
Students will be given verbal warnings if the dress code becomes a problem. 

If it continues to be a problem, they will be asked to write a paper or do a sit write.

 

TIPS
Strongly Recommend Convertible tights always
Hair must be pulled back no hair down (helps kids focus on dancing and not playing with their hair)
